Involved as a Business Analyst for HSBC Group Transformation Centre (GTC) under Group Programme for the regulatory implementation of Faster Payment System (FPS) Hong Kong & Prescribed Transaction Reporting (PTR) New ZealandRoles and Responsibilities:1) Work with project team members to ensure backend system requirements are finalised and agreed on collectively across the respective line of businesses and project stakeholders.2) Work with frontend (channel) teams to ensure both Frontend and Backend system requirements are aligned and is able to deliver to the final end to end FPS Framework3) Work together with the overall project manager to provide cost and operational effective recommendations on the identified affected area for the stakeholders considerations4) Assist the overall project manager to work with the respective stakeholders to resolve any technical and operational issues identified through effective and regular communication with HKICL (Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited)5) Assist the overall project manager to work with the respective stakeholders to address any financial crime compliance, fraud monitoring, operational control and IT security issues.6) Provide support for IT teams during system design/development/ SIT phase(s).7) Review and identify system/process gaps based on requirements from the respective LOB.8) Prepare and arrange walkthrough and obtain sign off from business stakeholders for the projects key documentation (e.g Functional Spec, UAT Test Strategy/Test Plan)9) Review and manage the infrastructure test script/cases prior to the start of UAT phase10) Manage overall UAT testing progress including UAT progress reports, chairing of UAT progress, coordinate regression tests / end to end testing, and arrangement of UAT signoff for the respective LOB.11) Review and prepare procedure manuals for the respective LOB.12) Complete handover of project to the LOB teams upon the completion of post implementation support.
