Having spent 4 years in the Hospitality sector as an Operations Manager, i was exposed to a face paced learning environment. With high demands on Operational excellence, I was responsible for delivering High Performance on Sales, People development and retention, profitability and great customer service. I Managed Operations of over 12 Restaurants and 200 team members at a time. I developed soft skills like creative thinking, leadership skills, work ethic, people management skills, etc.Currently in the Accounting field, I am responsible for Payroll and Financial Management of a staffing agency. Gaining top experience on financial tools like Quickbooks, I have been able to contribute more as an accountant in the firm.
