With a passion for both advancing scientific knowledge and growing businesses, I am currently working as a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** and a **Clinical Psychology Project Coordinator.**My journey began in the fast-paced world of serving during high school and college, where I learned invaluable skills such as thinking on my feet, managing challenges, and striving for positive outcomes for both staff and guests. This experience ignited my love for dynamic, people-oriented work, which has shaped my career decisions.In my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I take pride in my proven track record of identifying top talent and developing systems that streamline the recruitment process. There's nothing more fulfilling than helping people find opportunities and fostering their growth.As a Project Coordinator at the Personality, Psychopathology, and Psychometrics Lab I am involved in all stages of our research studies. Leading a talented team of 6 research assistants, I ensure that we navigate the complexities of our projects smoothly and efficiently.My responsibilities include conducting clinical interviews and managing the myriad of administrative tasks necessary to keep our study on track. Each day brings new challenges, and I thrive on orchestrating efforts that contribute to our understanding of personality and psychopathology.As I look to the future, I’m excited about the possibility of pursuing a graduate program that aligns with my career goals.
