Back of house P.M. shift leader for a very popular local gastropub that was always extremely busy. Prepped, cooked, ensured a quality close every night, prepared the next days prep list, created recipes for new menu items, trained new team members, and made sure that we were being clean and efficient and creating a fun environment to work in.
