Senior Analyst, Global Executive Compensation Programs
Current• Administration of the Long Term Incentive (LTI) award program consisting of Disney Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, and Long Term Incentive Cash awards. Processing vesting events, tax updates, dividends, etc• Work with US domestic and international payroll teams on verifying tax withholding rates for LTI vesting events• Support the Non-qualified Deferred Compensation plan by monitoring eligibility, processing enrollment, participant deferrals, distributions, etc • Perform data reconciliations and compile audit reports for various stakeholders• Assist internal and external auditors with data and system reviews to ensure internal controls for SOX compliance• Maintain plan compliance with the company's Insider Trading list and blackout windows
