I graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where I obtained my Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. From my Master’s program, I learned various methods measuring human resources functions such as such as personnel psychology, consulting, statistics, and psychometrics. I received hands on experience from my various internships and positions that taught me how to measure, develop, and manage an organization’s workforce in the most effective manner. I used my passion for data and analytics to shift towards the compensation field.
