As in-process inspector responsible for any and all work that is done to product to ensure that all work meet the requirements at all times that is set forth by TrinityRail Quality Standards and Procedures. To assure that the best possible product is built to protect the customer, the employee, and the future of TrinityRail. Actively involved in onsite safety confined space rescue team. Started with company as Lvl 3 welder able to learn all processes and participate in writing JSA/Procedures for each job. Promoted to Lead man where I was responsible for the safety, quality, and production of my direct team.

To supervise production employees to ensure that the production goals set for the shift were acheived. To make sure that with obtaining the production goals that for most safety is most important and that all quality standards upheld. Lead pre shift toolbox talks. Assess manpower for the shift to make changes for production needs. Inspect periodically throughout the shift to ensure that ARI quality standards and practices are being met. Report any and all near misses that may have occured. Report and record all potential deffects, to determine if more training is necessary or if there is a process that needs attention.

As manager I was responsible for all up keep of apartment complex including ground work. Turn apartments each month when tenant would vacate. Turn around would include cleaning, painting, and making any repairs as needed. Install appliances on an as needed basis. Respond to any and all maintenance request and calls. On-call 24/7. Site security of complex and 180 apartment units.
