As Sr. Analyst for the Home Services Merchandising Team, I specifically execute numerous and consecutive projects in order to enhance our pricing strategies, inform business decisions, support the install merchants, and drive innovation in the business.Additionally, I leverage data throughout various platforms to create singular conclusions or provide directional results along the lines of pricing, process improvement, executive reporting, and pilot testing.In this role, I partnered and on-boarded external vendors such as IPSOS and BES/MSS (national & international market research firms) to test various extensions of our Home Service Installation business in markets across to country. This produced a wealth of real-time information that allowed for short-term and long-term strategy and pricing insights. Additionally, this partnership exposed me to legal document creation (MSA, SOW, PCA, etc) as well pricing audits for services. Not to mention, the introduction to corporate financing such as invoicing, program budgeting, and financial infrastructures. Lastly, creating effective strategies and cross-functionally partnering throughout the company was a very rewarding part of the role. Also, running innovative projects and providing never before seen insight into our business that propelled future projects was among my proudest accomplishments in the role.

As Sr. Analyst for the Home Services Customer Experience Team, I owned Home Service’s transactional customer communications via email and text and two customer portals. I also facilitated creating end to end communication design and increase effectiveness. As well has piloted new initiatives and reported on all communication efforts across all lines of businesses. Additionally, I created innovative cross functional customer portals in partnership with several stakeholders. While managing an IT team to execute changes and research to our technological advances. Creating value for both the business and our customers as well as managing multiple projects were key in this role.
