This included educating my team, setting goals for each shift, creating trackable metrics in the form of a model, providing updates to managers and senior leadership, and creating new promotional material.Additionally, I trouble shot all problems related to the HUB and helped to educate individuals at four (4) other buildings· Manage and execute Peak 2016 at ABE2. This included planning the budget to executing all the events. The budget was upwards of $250,000, and required I communicate with all the departments from Finance to Non-Inventory. Additionally, for tracking of spending and distribution I created models that were simple to use. I worked with vendors, both local and corporate (Chick fil A, Staples, etc.) to plan events for associates.· Training and developing the nightshift team at ABE2.
