I take my duties seriously. I fought through years working in the fast food industry, dealing with all kinds for customer service. I took it upon myself to develop spreadsheets to more easily handle labor numbers as well as budget concerns. Being proactive is a big part of my life. Always being ahead, doing, moving, and acting. While thinking through a problem, one must first understand the problem. Once one understands the problem, one needs to find the cause. Once you know the cause, you can find a solution, and then implement it. It's important to train a team to follow these same principles, so one can delegate issues with trust.
