Led end-to-end backend API design in Golang enabling seamless, dynamic campaign creation for advertisers. o Slashed campaign creation time from 24-48 hours to minutes through backend infrastructure revamp. o Orchestrated API calls for real-time data aggregation, facilitating user-friendly exchange rates, geo targeting, and campaign status presentation. o Designed comprehensive ad configuration schema for accurate customer data. o Made callouts to other Engineering services for exchange rates, geo targeting, and campaign status. o Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance Bulk API endpoints, processing 10,000+ front-end requests per second. o Used Go’s robust built-in testing framework for intra-service methods and external service callouts. o Built a testing environment and a Jenkins job to run hourly tests against external services to ensure those changes would not cause issues with the API.Developed Salesforce Geo Targeting Tool (Visualforce) for easy manual selection or direct import of geo targets, reducing Sales-Engineering dependency. o Implemented dynamic loading for 20,000+ postal codes, ensuring faster dropdown population. o Improved down time from hours/days to minutes.

I worked for the Harvey Mudd College Computer Science department, spending approximately 4 hours per week assisting students with their computer science assignments.

For 3 hours a week, I am an on-call tutor for local 4th-12th graders. I help them understand their math and science homework so they can succeed in their classes.

I worked in a team of 8 students to develop a Middle School Computer Science Curriculum. Through the course, students learn about data representation, sorting algorithms, basic coding concepts (if-else statements, for loops, recursion, etc.) and much more. In addition, we designed the course to be interesting and engaging with short modules and entertaining videos to accompany each of the lessons.This experience ended with a workshop with local middle-school teachers. We presented the curriculum to them and taught them the concepts necessary to teach their students computer science concepts.

I worked on the Growth team developing products to help people more easily join and more quickly become integrated into Facebook. Much of the work involved front-end, user-facing applications.
