Everyday is a new experience on the job! Interacting with coworkers and making sure that they are working safe is the most important part of my job. Some task that I am in charge of are: • Issuing weekly tool box talks • Conducting quarterly fire drills • Conducting ventilation hood and waste inspections • Issue respirators • Annual Respirator fit testing • Update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)• Track contractor and visitor safety training • Conduct new employee training • Maintaining the Management of Change (MOC) program and the action item tracking that comes with it. • Advise the employee facilitator for our Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program. • Coordinate monthly Emergency Response Team (ERT) meetings and practice drills. • Finally I issue and assign Process Change Notifications (PCN) that result from the MOC program.

I Maintained a positive balance in the account and maintained accurate financial records. Other duties were to deposit club funds and make sure that refreshments are bought and ordered for each meeting. Last duty is help other board members fill each meeting with a professional speaker.
