Champion of Military, Fire and Law Enforcement products across the organization from conception tolaunch. Responsible for the on-going management of the product offering within the Mission businessunit, focusing on driving product line efficiency and best-in-class solutions for the most demandingusers in the world. • Grew revenue by business unit by 8%-10% YOY • Introduced a limited edition pack with promoted online marketing. Added $250K gross revenue in one day• Developed a seasonal range plan that delivers against the category objectives for sales, gross margin, SKU productivity, innovation, brand image, and customer value and functionality propositions• Created and communicated clear and actionable design briefs for all new styles based on sales potential, market trends, government/user requirements, and category positioning parameters from the Director of Product, Director of Government Programs, and Mission Sales Managers • Created and maintained a seasonal line plan with achievable FOB target costs, suggested retail prices and forecasted volume estimates (in-line with financial objectives)• Maintained an in-depth understanding of both domestic and international supply chain dynamics in order to inform overall business and timeline decisions, as well as construction and design considerations at the individual product level • Performed in-depth market research and analyzed internal sales data to present on-going and latent trends within the military, firefighting, & law enforcement product categories in order to inform future product strategy and road-mapping • Worked closely with Factory partners (domestic & international) regarding on-going business forecasting, product planning, and new product sourcing decisions • Collaborated with the Operations team to balance product launch timing, costing opportunities, and technical details against on-going capacity planning and delivery considerations
