As a temporary employee at the Ohio University Alumni Association my duties regularly included working in the finance department of the office. It was my responsibility to help process orders from the Bobcat Store and keep records of all Pcard purchases. I also created and processed internal billing authorizations, supervised student workflow, and processed event registrations .As a student my duties often included making deliveries on campus, as well as throughout Athens for all staff members. There were many times when I worked the front desk and answered the main line. My most consistent duty was to assist with finance data entry. For my first 6 months with the OUAA I was in charge of the upkeep of the historic house that the Alumni Association's offices are located in.

During this time I served as the long-term maternity leave substitute for choir grades 7-12, as well as a general substitute teacher for Nelsonville-York City Schools.

I served as a member of the chorus, and occasionally performed in small ensembles with other collegiate musicians. For the last 10 months of my employment I also acted as assistant conductor.

I began at Parking by working football and basketball games as event staff. Shortly after that I began working part time as a parking enforcement officer where I was in charge of patrolling University property. In both of these positions I often had to communicate/collaborate with coworkers, as well as members of the public. Occasionally there were times I would have to defuse situations where parking customers were upset with myself or the institution. In my last 6 months as a parking enforcement officer I was in charge of training three new employees. I left my position at parking services to take time to focus solely on my studies.
