I am a dedicated rugby enthusiast holding a First Class Honours degree in rugby coaching & performance analysis from the University of South Wales.I have a proven and positive expertise in guiding adolescent & youth athletes within amateur and performance rugby programs across Wales.Currently serving as the Club Engagement Officer at Ospreys Rugby, I use my skill set to develop rugby within the wider ospreys region around 'Ospreylia'.I have a positive impact and excel in meticulous data management, I have redeveloped the data capture plans and systems for the Ospreys in the Community (OITC) foundation since coming into post, in addition to this I am also precise with event planning & coordination within my sub team, the wider OITC team as well as other key stakeholders both internally within Ospreys Rugby as well as external partners.I am also adept at creating sophisticated development resources and content whilst overseeing the development of the Ospreys HUB performance app to elevate player and coach development within the region.I am eager to continue my contribution to the continued success and growth of rugby in a professional capacity.
