Selected to lead the pilot effort in this newly created position with primary focus on leveraging technology to create business process improvements. Acted as a liaison between IT and Live Operations with a focus on building customer relationships and supporting the business to identify potential efficiencies with the use of technology. Completed more than 10 projects around SharePoint utilization, as well as document management, to ensure IT requirements and customer needs are met.

Managed multiple system enhancements and maintenance projects in PeopleSoft 8.8, from requirements gathering through analysis, development, rollout and support. Improved team efficiencies in development efforts by identifying opportunities to utilize object oriented code and parameter passing.
