As of January 2022, I now lead the Accenture AWS Business Group's efforts to develop a comprehensive GTM strategy, capability set and execution plan with AWS and Amazon in the areas of physical and financial supply chains. I am also part of our Strategic Global GTM team for GenAI, in partnership with AWS.

I run the Accenture AWS Business Group (AABG) portfolio for the USA West region. I am accountable for sales and revenue across all industries and client groups. My team includes experts focused on lead generation, market development, sales, technical architecture and commercial deal arrangements. The portfolio spans across all five Accenture client groups: Communications Technology & Media, Health & Public Sector, Products, Financial Services and Resources.

In the first part of my role, I work with Accenture and AWS team members to qualify, develop and invest in new client and market opportunities to drive sales pipeline. In the second part of my role, I help advance our team's innovation agenda focused on advanced technologies (AI, ML, NLP, blockchain, etc.) and am on the team building out an AABG Innovation Center in Seattle.

In the first part of my role, I coordinate and promote innovation-related activities inside of Accenture Ventures, based in San Francisco. My orientation is cross-industry (OG) and cross-technology segments. I work closely with the various Ventures segment leads to help bring the best of our tech start-up ecosystem to our clients. In the second part of my role, I design and orchestrate innovation engagements as part of our Client Innovation Services (CIS) team based in the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco. This Accenture office is known as the "San Francisco Innovation Hub", and it’s our flagship location in North America for innovation.

Accenture Supply Chain BPS operates our clients’ supply chains better by managing parts or entire portions of planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 in return for every $1 spent on our services.

In my second role, as Chief Knowledge Officer, I led the enterprise through a corporate-wide initiative to increase our return on information flow, both for our employees and our customers. Included a massive shift to a collaborative mindset and open workflows, in addition to a formal learning program approach.
