Achieved all of my certifications and began drawing plans as an addition to my repertoire. Also added project management to my responsibilites. I still travel nationwide, lead the local technicians, lead the contractors, develop our Customer Experience Teams with documentation, SOPS, and technical knowledge, manage all of our New Build Projects, and I'm a member of the Senior Leadership of the Company.

Our company began to hire local technicians and we grew from only handling the Southeast jobs to handling the whole United States. This developed a network of contractors nationwide. I ran the local technicians, made sure techs knew how to get the job done. Also make sure all of the contractors got the work done. I myself traveled 200-300 days a year pre wiring, servicing, installing, and programming Intrusion, Fire, Data, Access, and Surveillance systems.

Our company no longer wanted to sub contract local jobs so I learned everything needed to do the jobs myself. Began to travel around the Southeast cabling, trimming, installing, and programming Surveillance, Data, Intrusion, Fire, and Access control systems.

Started working at Solid Security. Rode with sub contractors to help them complete the jobs. Pre wired new and existing security, fire, and surveillance systems.

Started my career at Titlemax as a Customer Service Rep at the location in Winder GA. At this location, under the supervision and leadership of Mr. Brian Arthur, I worked my knowledge level up to learn everything I needed to know about finance, loans, and pawns. This led to the District Manager and Regional Manager to use me at any office that needed help. I spent time in offices all over the Northeast Atlanta Area assisting stores in their customer service needs.After a year of this they promoted me to a Manager and I was a floater that moved from store to store helping where needed. I eventually got my own store in Buford GA at the TitleBucks location and worked there until I left the company.

I started my job at Beef O Brady's as a dishwasher. I washed dishes for 3 months and then moved to fry cook. During slow times I trained in Expo and Grill and eventually got moved to Kitchen Manager where I managed 6 employees for 3 shifts a day.
