Serves as Communication Escort for the Commanding General (CG), Deputy Commanding General (DCG) and Command Sergeant Major (CSM) of United States Army Europe (USAREUR), supporting the direct C4 needs of a mission that encompasses 51 countries throughout Europe and the Middle East; travels to multiple locations around the world to provide seamless 24/7 communications for the CG, DCG, and CSM including Blackberry administration , iPhone/iPad administration, secure voice and data through commercial networks, SATCOM and aircraft support; directly supports the Office of the CG (OCG), Office of the DCG (ODCG) and Office of the CSM (OCSM), including the Executive Officers (XO), Aide-de-Camp (ADC) and 22 personnel.

Responsible for all matters related to the daily life support for the Commander's Action Group (CAG) in direct support to the Commander International Security Assistance Force (COMISAF); manages and prepares correspondence, performs administrative functions, and conducts in/out processing; manages all IMO and Computer Information Systems NCO (CIS POC) functions; responsible for the readiness of all assigned and attached personnel; DTS Certifying Officer and Intra-Theater Airlift Systems (ITAS) travel for the ISAF/CAG personnel; maintains 100% accountability of assigned personnel, weapons, equipment, hardware and supplies.

Served on the V Corps G6 Information Technology Helpdesk as the primary TIER II NCO with the direct responsibility for overseeing troubleshooting, repair, and deployment of peripheral computing devices; ensures the operability and connectivity of user equipment utilized on NIPR, SIPR and CENTRIX (CX-I) networks; responsible for user account creation and ensuring that network operation remains in compliance with the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and AR 25-2; manages 1040 domain objects across three networks; responsible for the morale, training, and welfare of two NCOs and three Soldiers.

Served as a Signal Support Systems NCO in a Infantry Brigade; supervises and integrates the installation, operation and maintenance of the signal support systems, to include radio, wire, cable, and battlefield automated systems; plans and provides training and support for the Brigade's local area networks, wide area networks, switches and routers which service over 3,000 users; assist in staff supervision of information network security and Army Information assurance policies; responsible for the morale, welfare and professional development of two junior NCO's and three Soldiers and their families; responsible for signal equipment worth in excess of $800,000.

Served as the Joint Multi-National Training Command COMSEC Custodian for an Assistant Special Security Officer (SSO); responsible for a 616 line item COMSEC account serving over 24 hand receipt holders that cover four separate communities over 20,222 square miles of Bavarian Region of Germany; assists the SSO in accomplishing security related issues and functions; responsible for the morale , discipline, training, and health and welfare of four Noncommissioned Officers and two Enlisted Soldiers. Inventoried and account for over $245,000 worth of property.

Forward deployed as the Communications Chief in the Republic of Georgia supporting Joint Task Force Georgia Sustainment and Stability Operations Program II (GSSOP II); responsible for all nodes of communications to include SIPR, NIPR, DSN, and Cellular Telephone; primary S6 staff trainer for the Georgian Battalion staff; primary Harris Radio Trainer (RF 5800-V and RF 5800-H) for the battalion and company communications teams; primary cadre communications support chief during range and field training exercise; primary advisor to the Joint Task Force Commander on all communication related issues.

Assigned to Avenger Company as a Signal Support NCO for a deployed M1A1 Tank Battalion; responsible for the signal and communications training of an entire Company team of 96 soldiers; responsible for the maintenance on all communications and automation equipment assigned to the company worth excess of $223,000; responsible for the management and supervision of turn-in and pick-up of equipment from direst support level maintenance.

Install, maintains and troubleshoots Signal support equipment and terminal devices. Installs, operates, and maintains designated radio and data distribution systems. Maintains selected electronic devices. Performs Signal support functions, to include providing technical assistance and training for the user owned and operated automation and communications equipment.
