Current Provide cross-functional administrative support for and facilitate collaboration with the Court Executive, Chief Deputies, Chief Probation Officer, Department Managers and Judges. Facilitate special projects and initiatives in addition to conducting research and assembling and analyzing case filing, budgetary, and procedural data for reports and presentations. Manage and troubleshoot courtroom logistics and technology. Oversee and ensure compliance with court policies and procedural changes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, quality of service, and compliance with internal controls, government requirements, regulations, and policies. Act as the event planner for the district by coordinating and managing court projects, events, webinars, meetings (e.g., investiture ceremonies, portrait hangings, judicial meetings, chief judge conferences, and other high-attendance and high-profile receptions and meetings) within the judiciary. Implement, coordinate, monitor, and improve administrative programs and activities. Appointed Disposal Officer based on high efficiency and stellar work performance. Responsible for the proper disposal and accounting of both government and personal property. Ensure compliance with federal judiciary policies and procedures regarding the proper disposal of property and inventory management.NOTABLE CONTRIBUTIONS Lead as president of the Diversity Council for five years. Developed and coordinated programs for the court, in conjunction with the Federal Executive Board at large for other federal agencies, to foster cultural awareness, develop leadership skills and cultivate the diverse heritage of the government community while promoting equal opportunity and fair treatment for all persons. Coordinate and assist with naturalization ceremonies for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Department; critical during the pandemic to safely swear in new citizens while preventing a backlog.
