I've been in entertainment for more than 20 years with tv, games, and I am currently working on a start up adventure.Check out my (older) technical animation DemoReel and clips below. Producer/Director/OwnerWe are a collection of very talented people and we all have our contributions to make. I have a mellow and easy-going way of communicating. We just gotta give people the tools they need to succeed and I try to lead by example rather than words. We all have many successes and failures to learn from and share. My job is to work that experience to address roadblocks(and insert other buzzwords here) so my team can deliver. In my experience, this is an ongoing battle that we often win.ArtistI am a generalist. So, as I create characters (for example), I consider how edges loop as it related to different deformations through finished animating asset and everything in between. Once in Unity3d or similar engine, I can script together some basic behaviors, game interactions and things all by myself. I can take something from idea to complete asset(soup to nuts). Environments, effects, characters, and just general Unity3d world building. I've prototyped Unity games and apps for clients with just me and one or two others in a matter of days. We finished each unique Hello KittyWiiU tracks one every two weeks.

Artist/Cinematic ArtistAcclaim Studios Austin 1999 - 2001I started off as a Cinematic artist for Turok3 among others. I switched to an in-game Artist for All-Star Baseball 2002 where I made some baseball environments. I tried to put in all the "extras" in my environments. An example would be a cloth simulation for NFL Quartrback club field goal net or an animating waterfall in Kauffman field. I made the nice crowds in the stadiums including the greenscreen shoot, roto, compositing, and making game ready. Acclaim Studios Austin no longer exists but I learned a lot during my time there. -

This was a while ago and Eric Hanken (the owner) was a great guy to work with and it was fun to step out from work and be downtown on the Riverwalk in San Antonio to go grab a beer. ArtistFunimation 1996 - 1998A long time ago before most people ever heard of Dragon Ball Z, I worked at a small company near Ft. Worth Texas called FUNimation Productions Inc.. I created their animated logos and also the 3d title animation for the show. Season one began and so did the obsession that people of all ages had for the show. Sadly, a great deal of my 2d work there had to do with cencorship issues. We meticulously edited frame by frame to fix animation that might be too much for an American audience. This allowed the show to air so that kids could watch it. I've seen lately that the show has been allowed to air almost as it was visually. Back then, I got to sit and watch the original Japanese version of the shows during my lunch break and they were pretty amazing.
