• Serve as the ongoing escalation point and manage high priority technical problems associated with windows 2000 and 2003 servers and related networking issues.
• Provide guidance and counsel to the Technology Operations Analysts and Specialists to resolve problems.
• Ensure the integrity of the development and production environments.
• Provide leadership and assume responsibility for on time and on budget completion of complex technical tasks, such as operating systems security, Active Directory operational management, and hardware replacements.
• Baseline and analyze production server performance to enable us to forecast future performance bottle necks.
