Design, support, and maintain computer, server, network, telecommunication, backup, and electronic equipment for firm. Implement new software, software updates, and OS updates. Maintain firm servers, email, databases, and accounting software. Plan and implement hardware deployments and assist in all other day to day I.T. operations.

Planned and supervised installations of R/F radio, satellite, computer networks, wire, and battlefield automation systems. Provided maintenance, repair, technical assistance, and training for those same systems. Responsible for three man retransmission teams, assisting in convoy and route security, and providing support for user owned equipment within unit. Cross-trained as Radio Operator-Maintainer, Cable Systems Installer, and Information Systems Operator.
