Performed requirements elicitation for enhancements to IAA's core ASAP system. Completed two key initiatives for IAA's CAT events which reduced the time processing vehicles through their core system. Wrote requirements for a new tower dispatching system which replaced the old system used by their branches. The new system improved the overall user.

As a Business Systems Analyst facilitated requirements gathering sessions, prepared vision documents, performed problem analysis, created screen and report prototypes and wrote use cases for enhancements to the Supervalu pharmacy systems. Worked with the technical team to create solutions and the testing team to develop test cases and validate solutions.

Performed Business Analyst and Project Management duties functioning as the liaison between warehouse operations and IT. Managed day-to-day operations of Systems Support and Order Processing departments for all Jewel Food and Osco Drug warehouses in the Chicagoland area.

Worked as Systems analyst and Sr. Systems Analyst supporting all Order Processing and Supply Chain systems used by Osco Drug. Led the effort to prepare these systems for the Y2K transition. Facilitated the change of all key warehousing software after the merger of American Stores, Inc. and Albertson’s Inc.

Led several projects which improved store item ordering, inventory levels at stores and warehouses and reduced costs to the business. Lead analyst on project to port all software from Osco datacenter in Oak Brook, IL to datacenter in Dublin, CA.
