As a Business Systems Analyst facilitated requirements gathering sessions, prepared vision documents, performed problem analysis, created screen and report prototypes and wrote use cases for enhancements to the Supervalu pharmacy systems. Led several projects which improved store item ordering, inventory levels at stores and warehouses and reduced costs to the business. Lead analyst on project to port all software from Osco datacenter in Oak Brook, IL to datacenter in Dublin, CA.
