Managed the FIS relationship for the bank. This included issue identification, tracking and resolution, Core enhancement identification, development, and deployment and Core banking system version upgrades. Also Responsible for all Retail application development/customization, version upgrades and end user support for the Teller and Banker platforms as well as the CRM system. Oversaw all reporting against the FIS Data Warehouse and was the project Manager for numerous application and system installations including but not limited to three different report writing systems, two new Banking platform systems, 2 different Teller systems, two CRM systems and one account analysis system.Interact with other departments and third party vendors as necessary to ensure a functional and stable environment for the entire Consumer Services Division and the banking office network in particular.

Sales responsibilities: generate and maintain revenue through fee income, sales of traditional/non-traditional bank products and services, and account retention. Prepare staff of 15-20 for active selling, and develop competence through sales meetings. Employ participative and individualized goal setting process; and utilize Gap Analysis to create action plans which facilitate desired performance.Operational and managerial responsibilities: manage service and operational activity of banking office; coach staff service techniques; design and perform internal auditing procedures. Resolve customer complaints independently. Exercise authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, administrative functions, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.
