Responsible for the “Customer Experience” of all new customers. This includes building relationships, translating customer requirements, understanding and agreeing technical and commercial aspects and delivery schedules.Reporting to the Commercial Director. • Developed and implemented a New Product Introduction process, ensuring the successful onboarding of multiple new customers and products. • Responsible for all aspects of managing the introduction of new products, including building customer relationships and ensuring project outputs are delivered to cost and on time. • Accountable for the profitability of projects and explaining complex manufacturing processes and ideas to new customers as they bring their product into our business. • Act as the Voice of the Customer within Universal Wolf translating customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Ensure projects are planned, risks are managed, procurement is timely, documentation is correct and quality plans are robust for volume manufacture. • Management of repeat customer accounts ensuring serial delivery of product to schedule, at the quality standard required; negotiating price changes where necessary. • Line management responsibility for Junior Project Managers and Graduate Project Managers.
