I am responsible for working with my team to successful install, troubleshoot, and maintain hundreds of customers networks. This includes constant customer interaction and one of my main responsibility is to make sure our customers are happy with the services provided by all of our personal. Responsible for the continual development of business processes from the beginning to the end of a job to help the company continue to grow and give us the ability to continue to take on more jobs.
