--Continued to developed stimulating, personalized curriculum and materials for Deaf students in accordance with Individualized Education Plan, Deaf Education best practices and State and local expectations.--Utilized resources provided by the state, found on my own, and consulted with various stakeholders and outside organizations.--Liaise between administration and department to improve school systems, propose department budgets aligned to needs and funds availability, and support colleagues as needed. --Coordinate and analyze student work products and data in order to support classroom instruction and teacher best practice. Developed and promoted an introductory American Sign Language course.

--Established an innovative grading policy approved and propagated by principal throughout the school.--Selected to mentor a graduate level student-teacher by providing constructive criticism and guidance through observation and feedback.--Voted to represent the faculty and staff at union-related events and communicate this information to my colleagues..

--Implemented selected curriculum to instruct Junior and Senior level American Sign Language classes.--Supervised student-led social and charitable club related to American Sign Language and the Deaf Community.

Provided direct in-home care and support to 70-year-old female client who lives in her own home with husband and daughter. Assisted client with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene and food preparation as well as provided an emotional outlet for family members.

Adhered to pre-established curriculum for student success acquiring level 1 American Sign Language abilities.
