I contributed to the development of a more automated booking system, which streamlined operations and improved accuracy. Additionally, I helped train new team members, facilitating smoother onboarding and enhancing team productivity. I also took on leadership responsibilities, overseeing team performance and resolving complex operational challenges.

In my role as Transport Coordinator, I leveraged MS Excel to optimize resources and consolidate routes, enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs. I cultivated partnerships with local transportation providers, overseeing vehicle readiness and guaranteeing smooth and punctual daily operations for the summer school.

Saint Julian'S, Malta

As a Residence Advisor, I welcomed and guided students upon their arrival at the airport, ensuring smooth transfers to accommodations and setting a positive tone for their journey. Each time I conducted the check-in process, I assisted over 50 senior students, resolving inquiries and offering guidance to help them navigate their accommodations and the campus with ease. I also responded to phone inquiries about EF residences, providing timely and accurate information to ensure students felt fully supported throughout their stay.

Crete, Greece

In my role as a Tour Guide in Crete, Greece, I ensured smooth transportation, guiding buses to and from the airport with 40+ guests on each journey. My responsibilities also extended to hosting weekly welcome meetings for groups of over 50 guests, where I provided insights and details to enhance their experience of the destination. I was entrusted with leading the full-day Samaria Gorge excursion hikes weekly, guiding groups of guests through safe trails and guaranteeing a memorable exploration for all involved.

Protaras, Cyprus

I successfully planned and coordinated over 20 unique activities and themed adventures for more than 250 children and teens throughout the summer. By facilitating interactive group sessions, I enhanced guest engagement and encouraged active participation. Additionally, I ensured the safety of over 20 children daily during water sports and group activities, consistently receiving positive feedback from both guests and parents.
