2010-Present: Developing and supporting APIs and embedded software for ARINC 664, ARINC 429, and Mil 1553 test and simulation equipment. I have worked with Embedded NIOS II processors, Windows APIs, LabVIEW Instrument Drivers. I have written embedded code for the Xilinx Microblaze and PowerPC. Embedded experience involves custom filtering and processing of data. converting data to IRIG Chapter 10 format and Ethernet layer 3 and 4 implementations for ARINC 664 on two hardware platforms. I have written hardware interface APIs for many products including 664, Dual Channel Ethernet, 10 Gb Ethernet, and a ARINC 615 Portable Data Loader.I have worked on some simple PCB design in Altium and cable designs in Microsoft Visio as needed. I also use Solidworks for mechanical design of cases and product design. Along with the product design I use a laser cutter and 3D printer to rapidly develop prototypes. 2010: My primary experience is in analog design and tuning including RFID 125KHz, 13.56MHz, 315 MHz, and 915 MHz. Secondary experiences consist of digital hardware design, c# programming, hardware debugging, software debugging, decoding, and product design. Other experiences include manufacturing optimization and mechanical design and interfaces. I have also been involved in customer support and issue resolution.Specialties: Present: Software development with C and LabVIEW as well as debugging low level APIs and embedded code. I also develop specialized utilities as needed.2010: I design and test rf communications. I have worked with the ISO14443 standard and various 125kHz protocols to maximize range and reliability. I have worked with manchester encoding, ask, psk, fsk, and wiegand formats. I have worked with c# and dll's to create user interfaces interacting with hardware input and output.
