Achievements include:• Coordinated North West London higher education access course and pilot for existing staff.• Created apprenticeship offer for primary care and third sector in NW London.• Won NW London NHS Academy status bid worth £500,000 to the sector.• Led co-production of a new role and outline curriculum for high-level support staff in SW England.

Taught 14-19 year olds (private secondary school)

(This was a programme in which we reduced access times for clot-busting drugs (stroke, heart attacks etc), ensured appropriate and quick referrals, improved patient information, enhanced data capture). As the lead across North East London in the first wave of programmes, I built the case for each project with individual employers, establish a team able to deliver, and was closely involved in significant strategic planning and leadership at a national level.

Various delivery strands, including a new Day Surgery Assessment Centre leading to reduced no-shows and better use of resources, leading the Trust's successful Cancer Unit Accreditation and introducing booked processes for greater patient choice.
