I have overall responsibility for the Subsea Business of the EXSTO Group on a global scale. This includes key account sales, sales operations management, growth/development of the business and finally overseeing of the project management team. In the last few years I am leading the worldwide development of the Floating Offshore Wind business for EXSTO.I am passionate about management and leadership. I proudly lead and inspire a great team of people and together we consistently and successfully deliver great results. The EXSTO Subsea Business designs, manufactures, and delivers durable moulded polyurethane parts that protect flexible pipes, flowlines, umbilicals and subsea cables for offshore oil & gas, renewable energy, such as fixed and floating offshore wind and intercommunication installations. I started working in the offshore oil and gas industry in 2003. I have an engineering background and I started my career as a project engineer so I have an excellent understanding of technical as well as the commercial challenges of this industry.
