With only one villa and a lighthouse Tagomago is unique, the restaurant was only accessible to those in the know and who have their own yacht. This unique, idyllic rustic restaurant served fish dishes cook over fire and caught in the sea you see from your table, along with an incredible Catalonian wine list. Fully booked from day three of opening despite a strict 'no publicity' or marketing policy, this was all about if you had John's number and you knew! After three magical years the local authorities weren't happy that the licence they gave themselves was a 'Pirate' one, not an 'official one, so they finally asked us to pull down the shutters. Its now a nature reserve world heritage site so this special Chrringuito will never be again. The last event ever held there was a surprise 75th birthday celebration with the original founder back in the 70's Rodger Middleton, a very special appropriate moment to finish on. Pure magic!
