►Orchestrated and managed 6 to 8 projects of build-outs of office space for trading staff concurrently with budgets from $400K to $10M. ►Handled all facility-related capital projects from site selection to 1st day of operation for sites in NYC, San Francisco, London, Canada, and Tokyo. ►Accountable as point-of-contact for buildings in the US for engineering, security, and major building issues. ►Focused on primary staff operations space and disaster recovery space, including security, space layout and seating, and all ongoing infrastructure maintenance. ►Handled temporary location of employees during construction without business interruption, including negotiating leases and lease terminations. ►Directed budgets, scheduling, and approved facilities’ related invoices. ►Closed the Calgary and Miami offices and found sub-tenants.►Managed staff of 12 with 8 in Chicago and 4 in New York.

►Relocation and build-out consulting with organizations of all sizes.►Set up 3,500 sq. ft. office with furniture, power, cable infrastructure, and AV set up. This coordination was from lease signing to move in.►Worked with trading firm to set up new office from shell and core to 1st day of operations for 20 employees.►Coordinated a relocation for a firm to move from one location to new location within the Chicago city limits. Space was previously built out - worked with the building and movers for a smooth transition.

►Accountable for all North American real estate which included sites in New York, Miami, Montreal, Kansas City, and Minneapolis.►Placed in charge of space build-out in New York after 9/11, acquiring space in Midtown Manhattan to accommodate 250 staff in less than 3 weeks; managed to a $2.5M budget. ►Relocated Chicago facility of 4 floors and ~100K sq ft with initial cost of $22M; after move, handled build out of 3 more floors of ~60K sq ft at cost of $2M per floor to accommodate several company acquisitions.►Directed 22 staff in Chicago and New York offices.►Coordinated all telecommunications.
