I am a results-driven real estate development professional at Boston Pinnacle Properties, a boutique real estate development and investment firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. Our primary focus is on developing Class A multifamily and mixed-use projects containing anywhere from 20 to 150 units. Given the recent downturn in the market, we have broadened our investment thesis and began exploring adaptive reuse and the repositioning of durable assets, mainly office assets. My expertise involves a myriad of responsibilities such as acquisition and pre-construction underwriting, structuring equity and debt, and managing development teams during the permitting and design stages.Having participated in collegiate athletics, I recognize the value of being an enthusiastic and supportive team member and leader while working toward a common goal.
