Responsible for effective and efficient analysis and reporting of Customer & Operational performance, to ensure continued improvements to delivery against operational activities, direction and targets.Proactively find opportunities that will enable Service & Efficiency to outperform the business targets. Develop and enhance analysis and understanding of current and future operational risk• Deliver strategy of Insight reporting and analysis• Take a lead in continuously driving improvements and risk reduction through proactive analysis• Deliver real time reporting strategy to drive a proactive management culture• Manage, coach, develop and support Insight functions

• Reporting to the Operational Insight Analyst, I lead the development and creation of new reports identified through the Insight team, whilst gathering enhanced reporting requirements from key stakeholders to ensure the reports deliver the information required. • I keep up to date with business needs to proactively create reports to assist in managing operational processes and risk. Using my technical expertise and operational knowledge I consistently evaluate and challenge the reporting requirements, and make sure they are useable and accessible for all audiences.

I was a performance Analyst for 7 years and largely made that role my own by consistently pushing the boundaries of how the company views or tracks performance by developing new methods of Performance Indication and Data Manipulation allowing us to deal with much higher volumes of data in order to provide more to the business and to more of the business at a far more frequent rate. These skills and achievements carried on directly into my new role as the Insight Developer.
