Beck & Hofer Construction has experienced concrete, steel and carpentry foremen and crews who will work on your project. We will secure qualified subcontractors who meet our quality and safety standards for much of the mechanical work, like electrical, plumbing, and heating. A self-performing contractor has greater control - and flexibility - over the schedule of when your work will get done and can usually apply resources much more quickly. If you want both control and flexibility, look for a self-performing contractor.
