I'm a marketing executive with extensive expertise building and leading agile teams, driving customer acquisition & retention, enhancing revenue streams and leading change in culture, products and technology. Prior to working on the corporate side, I was in client service in advertising business working for the likes of Leo Burnett and partnering with iconic companies including Kraft Foods, McDonald's, El Torito Restaurant's and Carl's Jr. to build their brands, increase sales and gain market share. 🔹At IBD, I led multiple teams including marketing, customer success, product sales and events that collaborated to achieve record gains in subscribers, ARPU and total revenue. I created two digital products and apps that were integral in transforming IBD into a disruptive leader in the Fintech space. I'm a true change agent including leading a full digital transformation of the company, culture evolution, and most recently, as an integral member of a team that led the successful acquisition of IBD by Dow Jones and News Corp.🔹Prior to IBD, I built the marketing department from the ground up for Film Independent, the organization that produces the Los Angeles Film Festival and Independent Spirit Awards. 🔹I began my career in the advertising business in Chicago working in account management for Publicis Groupe. I started with Leo Burnett working on Kraft Foods and Heinz.
