We provide a range of services as Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Project Consultants and Construction Cost Consultancy, focusing primarily on the private sector, for both Corporate and individual clients, involving new construction, refurbishments, retail, leisure, housing, industrial and commercial properties, ranging geographically throughout the UK.During my career, I have been involved in a number of projects up to £100 million including retail, leisure, commercial, heritage, education and industrial. I have experience in all aspects of consultancy with strengths in feasibility, cost planning and cost control, procurement, core measurement, construction and post contract administration. Over the previous seven years, I have acted as a Visiting Tutor for the Birmingham School of Architecture - providing cost consultancy advice to the MArch course.I am a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors membership number 0846651 - since 1998.

I joined Morrison Associates in 1995 as Assistant Quantity Surveyor, progressing through Senior Quantity Surveyor to Associate Director in 2000. I retained the position for a further 13 years, until leaving in March 2013, to set up Felton Consult Limited.During my 18 years I was involved in a number of projects up to £100 million including retail, leisure, commercial, education, heritage and industrial. I was also responsible for the daily office management, resource planning, office training and external consultancy.
