14 SOMEWHAT RANDOM YET RELEVANT THINGS ABOUT ME:- Founded a scratch insurance and financial services brokerage at the age of 21, and actively ran it for 17 years (consultancy role these days).- Those 17 years gives me some sweet "street cred"…I have been selling and leading sales teams since then.- Even as a sales leader, I am a "player-coach" that still loves carrying the bag.- An entrepreneur at heart, having owned my own business — a “startup” before that was a catchphrase — I treat everything in a similar manner yet modernized for today.- My work ethic comes from my father, a 25+ year insurance agency owner and 3rd generation farmer.- Data driven because it is the job but will always be people driven first...I am well known for developing sales skills, judgement, and abilities in others.- For 20+ years, I have digested three books a month.
