My role as Operations Director at PSR Solutions is based around the sales, production and delivery of the business, primarily in the Midlands office. In order for the business to continue to develop I feel it’s vital to promote strategic growth whilst ensuring our business is both enhanced and improved. The role also involves monitoring performance levels, evaluating market trends, solidifying existing relationships and recognising new business opportunities.At PSR Solutions we acknowledge the importance of delivering the very best service levels to both candidates and clients. It is my responsibility to ensure we accomplish this through listening and understanding what is required throughout all processes. By working in collaboration with our client development team I am able to identify these needs of both the candidates and clients, implementing effective strategies and solutions to deliver these service levels
