Senior Maintenance Engineer, (2000 – 2003) Spearheaded multimillion-dollar turnarounds to include numerous supervisors and both union and non-union craft personnel. Led the inspection and repair of seven (7) sulfuric acid storage tanks in the facility. Key Achievements: • Directed the preventative maintenance program comprised of eight operating areas and increased the reach of the program to other areas to reduce expenses by $200K annually. EHS/Project Engineer, (1998 – 2000) Utilized project management methodologies to lead a $2.4M capital project for the Plant City complex. Performed environmental, health, and safety audits on all manufacturing and mining complexes and bulk product distribution facilities throughout North America and Canada. Plant Engineer, (1995-1998)Notable projects included $700K repair of three existing cooling towers and the successful re-tubing of two fire tube boilers during successive turnaround/plant outages.
