With over 16 years of management experience and 10 years of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) experience, I am a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and hold a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health. I am currently a Field Safety Professional with Grainger, focused on keeping the world working!My mission is to ensure the safety and compliance of our operations, customers, and employees while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. I have successfully reduced the number of recordable incidents, increased safety awareness and culture, and delivered multiple projects on time and within budget. I am confident in my ability to collaborate and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, adapt to new processes and challenges, and leverage my leadership and technical skills to achieve our goals.
