Current• Administer and coordinate daily activities at a 16-person residential unit, implementing policies and procedures to ensure safety of clients and staff members.• Maintain a restorative environment and safe house for clients through designing and scheduling social work, nursing, and creative therapies.• Supervise a 22-person multidisciplinary team, facilitating regular meetings and overseeing treatment program implementation.• Orchestrate recruitment, hiring, mentoring, and training processes across 5 programs.• Deliver educational-based programming for clients, focusing on social issues and current events.• Oversee petty cash budgeting system and monitor/approve hourly employee timecards.• Manage and coordinate residential unit medical records, assuring timely and accurate documentation aligned with regulatory guidelines.
