• Provide direct supervision of Assistant Director of Business Operations, Director of Aging Services, and Staff Development and Client Experience Coordinator• Coordinate and collaborate on development and submission of government funding proposals for supportive and transitional housing projects totaling 350+ beds of transitional housing, 375+ units of permanent supportive housing, and homeless outreach services with combined potential annual contracts totaling $35.5M+• Coordinate and collaborate on development and submission of funding proposals for innovative programmatic solutions to large-scale issues such as aging in place, housing retention, and housing as healthcare with combined potential contracts of $1.1M+• Oversee and support administration, implementation, and sustainment of successful philanthropic grant-funded initiatives in aging services and staff training totaling $372K• Oversee Breaking Ground’s MSW Internship Program, including liaising with schools of social work, managing placement process in Breaking Ground programs, and facilitating recurring roundtables for field instructors and social work interns• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Data Services, and Human Resources teams to drive the department’s continuous quality improvement efforts, including defining and tracking performance measures and championing culture shift toward client-centered, data-informed service delivery• Co-facilitate bi-monthly convenings of Clinical Leadership, Assistant Program Director, and Serious Incident Review Committee; launch and chair departmental Policy Creation and Review Committee• Complete instructor certification in Crisis Prevention Institute’s Nonviolent Crisis Intervention curriculum and co-facilitate staff certification for 15+ staff• Revise and update assistance with self-administration of medication policy and accompanying documents for use across Programs portfolio; provide technical assistance to partner agencies starting similar programs
