I provide the overall direction, management, delivery, and support of information systems, security, and technology resources for the firm. I also provide strategic guidance to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Committee to help meet the firm's operational goals.

TriCom offers Managed IT Services, VOIP/Unified Communications Systems, and Structured Cabling Services.

I am responsible for the strategic direction and overall day-to-day management of the ITOperations for the company. My team supports 350 corporate employees across 33 sites in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, as well as approximately 250 external agency employees across the US.

Managing the IT Infrastructure for Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics across the US.

Managed the Client Services Team in the Holly Springs location for Novartis vaccines and Diagnostics.

Managed and supported the company’s NYC user base, computing environment (Microsoft, Novell), and data communications infrastructure (Cisco, Verizon, AT&T), comprised of 2 large datacenters and many smaller server rooms at 12 different locations. Spearheaded several high-level projects. Provided key leadership for the design of scalable, cost-effective technical architectures to meet growth and computing requirements. Supports SOX audit and regulatory compliance requirements for GIS Computer Services, including maintaining documentation, completing surveys, and providing evidence.

Maintained and supported the company’s computer network at the Melville, NY; New York, NY; and Stamford, CT locations; was retained as a network consultant after leaving for a new position at INET Solutions Inc.

Provided customers with phone-based technical support for the Arcserve backup software product.

Provided technical leadership for the company’s fast-growing computer network.
