The HP Managed Solutions Division is a multi-billion dollar global business where John serves as the General Manager leading the end-to-end organization including solution development, go-to-market, delivery, and operations.Additionally, John serves on the Board of Directors and Risk Committee for Albacore, the holding company for Apogee Corp. as well as the Board of CyberCore Technologies.John is an entrepreneurial business leader who has spent over 25 years helping iconic global companies transform their businesses for growth. Prior to joining HP, John was President of the Industry Solutions business at Lenovo and has held a variety of senior leadership and general management roles at Bose, GE, and IBM. When not working, John actively volunteers as a Board Member at Wake STEM High School and as a mentor, sponsor, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at NC State University. He is writing a book on corporate transformation leadership and is the founder of whomi.com, a start-up dedicated to helping professionals grow their careers. For activities, John is a regular runner, occasional skier, frustrated golfer, and aspiring musician. John lives outside of Raleigh, NC with his wife and three children. He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
