Helped them redefine the release process to mitigate the impact of large, cross-business unit releases while allowing small releases to maintain normal schedule.

* Lead Architect and Squad Lead for cloud transformation project at an airline. Managed communications across teams and reported status to executives. Identified and documented source and target technology patterns for use by application teams, developed reference architectures, coordinated the development of sample code and infrastructure as code which can be leveraged by application teams. AWS and Red Hat OpenShift on AWS were the primary target platforms.* Technical Project Manager for a Cloud Transformation at a specialty chemicals company. The scope of the transformation was integrating a remotely hosted core ERP system; SaaS-based Asset Management & Customer Engagement products, Public Cloud based IoT with an integration layers. The goal of this project was to provide more accurate data for better internal decision making and customer service. The integration layer was built with IBM Cloud, IBM App Connect Enterprise and IBM API Connect.* Designed a target operating model for a cloud-native program where the customer was experiencing problem in managing a hybrid environment. Worked with the technical team to identify areas where standards could be implemented & automated, developed personas, identified use cases and mapped the standards to a taxonomy for eventual enforcement.* Managed a proof of concept project for containerizing legacy Java applications.
