Assisted in managing the rollout of the JPMorganChase corporate standard desktop to 110,000 PCs worldwide. Assisted in managing the corporate rollout of new security software (Norton AntiVirus and Microsoft patches) as well insuring on an ongoing basis that all PCs were kept up to date, securitywise. Led the project to create and popularize remote support (telephone & remote control) for 110,000 JPMorganChase corporate PCs on 4 continents.
