Responsible for recruiting and retaining the Soldiers of the Maryland Army National Guard.

Lead the Marketing and Advertising department for the Maryland Army National Guard. Conducted research and developed a strategic marketing plan to support the recruiting mission. Negotiated with vendors to execute the annual budget in accordance with Federal and Army regulations and SOPs. Implemented a social media plan which resulted in a 5300% increase in social media presence and grew to represent the largest single lead producing program.

Assisted the McDaniel College ROTC program in instructing Cadets from the home institution and the two sister colleges, Mount Saint Mary's University and Hood College. Instructed Cadets in field and tactical operations planning and maneuvers. Assisted the Recruiting Operations Officer resulting in the largest 3 year recruiting effort in over 15 years.

Served as a Recruiting and Retention non-comissioned officer in the Carroll county recruiting area. Implemented an annual recruiting plan that heavily emphasized high school applicants. Recruited an excess of 150% resulting in the Carroll County market share exceeding 25% an increase over 100% and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal as a result of exceptional results.
