I have over 39 years experience in the packaging industry starting out as a service engineer then progressing through the ranks into senior operational and business leadership roles in international organisations. I have many years of P&L responsibility and business turnaround success, obtained in challenging and diverse environments across Europe and Australasia. Whilst being a results-orientated leader with a flair for creating innovative solutions for a business I also ensure the focus on the rigour of core activities, with a leadership style centred on a hands-on approach and open communication. Additionally, I have been actively engaged in three major acquisitions, each as a target/selling business, retained in my existing role as a senior leader, ensuring a smooth successful transition and executing an ongoing forward development path.Aligned with my primary business employment I have always been engaged in local and regional trade association activity, having held Chairman and President roles, reflecting my commitment to the packaging industry sectors I have been working within and the recognition of my peers.

The business is focused on providing fibre-based packaging solutions to multiple end markets and with a high speed linear forming composite pack production line based in Australia is well positioned to provide multiple innovative rigid paper packaging formats to the FMCG market. The business has won multiple packaging awards locally and globally.. The business is committed to helping brand owners and retailers achieve the 2025 National Packaging Targets for Australia and more broadly provides packaging that supports a circular economy approach.
